Services Included: Water Testing and Balancing: Testing for chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and stabilizer levels, and adding the required chemicals to ensure swimmer safety and prevent algae.Chemicals required will be billed in amounts used or required. Skimming and Brushing: Removing floating leaves, insects, and twigs from the surface of the water. Clearing out the skimmer baskets and pump baskets to maintain water flow. This is basic cleaning, extra cleaning is billed hourly ($75) Backwash and Rinse Filter: Backwashing the filter keeps a steady flow to a healthy pool, cartridge filter cleaning is an extra fee of ($150) Equipment Inspection: Checking the pump, filter pressure, timer, and other hardware for signs of wear, leaks, or malfunctions.
